These terms cover using the Spendiqo app and, if you subscribe, Spendiqo Pro.
Using Spendiqo
Spendiqo is a personal finance app for tracking spending, budgets and investments. It's provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your device and iCloud account secure — Spendiqo has no account system of its own to recover access through.
Not financial advice
Spendiqo helps you organize and understand your own numbers — it does not connect to your bank, move money, or provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.
Spendiqo Pro (subscriptions)
Spendiqo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, currently offered at $1.99/month or $14.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pricing may vary by region and can change; the price you'll be charged is always confirmed on the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device — Spendiqo cannot cancel it for you.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies, not by Spendiqo directly.
Your content
Your expenses, budgets and other entries belong to you. Spendiqo doesn't claim ownership of anything you enter, and (as covered in the Privacy Policy) doesn't store it on a server you don't control.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use Spendiqo in a way that violates Apple's App Store terms or applicable law. We may stop providing the app or a feature at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
No warranty
Spendiqo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, including bank-SMS auto-import accuracy, which depends on message formats we don't control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spendiqo and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use Spendiqo after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
